Partnerships

Our partners lie at the heart of who we are. Without them, there is no Pantala. We collaborate with teachers and healers whose values and methods align with our own.

In this field of self-enquiry, each of our partners brings to the fore a unique offering we can explore together, such as Past Life Therapy, Zen meditation, Vedic Astrology etc. Our team supports you on your journey of becoming, working hard to cultivate conscious awareness and a deep sense of responsibility for our own attitudes and behaviours.

B. NagaKumar (Kumar)

Kumar runs the Mumuksha Centre for Transformation and has dedicated his life to helping others heal and remove emotional blockages so they can enhance their ability to find liberation and union with the supreme being that encompasses all of existence. Kumar offers Meditation, Transomatic Dialogue Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, and Past Life Healing Therapy as services, as well as training courses and workshops.

Just being in Kumar’s presence is often seen as being an enthralling experience, even though it’s also genuinely relaxing. He’s a study in contrasts – having a deep love for silence and solitude, while carrying a quiet intensity that pours out when sharing the knowledge, skills, and wisdom he’s obtained over many years of intense striving and hardship.

Kumar sees meditation as a way to liberate ourselves from the intrinsic misery of the human condition, a means to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, and a method to enhance the clarity of our perceptions when interacting with the people and world around us. Through meditation, Kumar shows us how all that exists in the universe is the Ultimate Reality, the Supreme Soul.

Vaibhav Jayawal (VJ)

VJ is passionate about coaching people on personal transformation through yoga, focusing on the skills and strategies he’s developed over decades to help others evolve and lead more fulfilling lives. In his sessions you’ll build a toolkit by sharpening your naturally curious and rational mind so you can thrive in an often-chaotic world.

VJ analyses the processes underlying and driving what we do in our daily lives, and then designs strategies to ensure the life we live aligns with our own chosen values. He’s skilled at Applied Yogic Philosophy, including manifestation of one’s personal reality, Sankhya (Dualistic) Philosophy, Yoga Sutras (Advait Vedanta – Monism); Tantric practices, incorporating Kundalini and chakras, Mantra Vigyan (the science of mantras); Asanas and Pranayama, comprised of classical Yogasana and Pranayama techniques; Kriya Yoga, including spinal breathing and visualisation; Dharana and Dhyana techniques, such as visualisation, concentration, and meditation; Yoga Nidra; Hatha Yoga; Transcendental meditation; and Neuro-leadership.

Having once worked as an executive for a major international banking corporation, VJ puts his rational, statistics-centred, Six-Sigma-trained mind to work in the context of yoga to teach personal and corporate effectiveness, efficiency, and overall well-being. He aims to help both individuals and businesses live with full awareness and responsibility of the life we design.

VJ’s sessions are unique because he has the ability to sew together Western science, Eastern spirituality, and Shamanic knowledge and techniques to encourage peace and harmony within oneself and the world. Rational scientific enquiry and experimentation is brought to the spiritual quest. You’ll learn how to immediately put the learning into practice, easily integrating yogic philosophy into your daily life. Acquiring knowledge and building new skillsets to become more accountable human beings, all while having fun, are core values in VJ’s teachings.

Mrinmoyee

Mrinmoyee is in a long-term love affair with Mother India, the land of her spiritual rebirth. India has been her main residence for the last two decades (spending a couple months in northern California each year), and while appreciating almost all aspects of Indian culture, it is Vedic Astrology, Tantra, Meditation, and Devotional Practices that have been her primary focus.

Having grown up on the east coast of the United States, Mrinmoyee sees value in incorporating aspects of the Vedic sciences into modern Western society. She lived in an Indian Buddhist spiritual community in northern India for 10 years, where meditation and ‘seva’ (service) were the foundations of her practice. There she experienced traditional teachings customarily only passed down through a formal lineage. As her interest in Vedic Astrology grew, her curiosity took her to various regions and teachers across India and the USA. Mrinmoyee has studied Vedic Astrology for over a decade and has given hundreds of readings to people from all over the world.

Mrinmoyee offers introductory workshops on Vedic Astrology, as well as partaking in Pantala’s Immersive Experiences in India. She’s also deeply invested in focusing on personalised birth chart consultations. Having studied with both traditional and modern teachers, Mrinmoyee offers a traditional analysis of the chart in conjunction with a modern, pragmatic interpretation. Advice on career, relationships, finances, ideal living locations, and spirituality are only a handful of the life topics that can be covered in a one-on-one session.

Tara B

Tara B. is a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Creator of the Be MNDFL Masterclass. She makes mindfulness practice accessible via simple daily practices to help us de-stress and feel grounded in the present moment.

After nine years of meditation, Tara came to a crossroads in her practice. She’d just been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, ulcerative colitis, which brought on numerous challenges — including anxiety. Thus, began her search for practices to improve both her mental and emotional well-being.

She was first introduced to ‘mindfulness’ through Jon Kabat-Zinn’s course, ‘Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)’. Tara found profound benefits from the 8-week course; the practices helped to reduce her anxiety, cultivate more peace, and respond to life with more ease. Mindfulness was the key she’d been searching for to extend the meditation practice off of the cushion into living mindfully throughout daily life.

Tara has been teaching mindfulness meditation since 2017. She teaches online courses and practices, public classes, and workshops. Her meditations are featured on the Insight Timer Meditation App. Download her FREE video Mindfulness 101 today.
